Returns and Cancellations
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, cancel or exchange.
To be eligible for a cancellation, your order must not contain any of the following items:

SPECIAL VARIANTS SUCH AS RATIO VARIANTS, INCENTIVE VARIANTS, GRADED BOOKS, SIGNED BOOKS (COA), EXCLUSIVE BUNDLES/CASES, AND
GIFT CARDS
Additionally, we cannot cancel orders for pre-order books passed FOC (Final Order Cut-off).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and do not meet our condition guarantee. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email. We will require images of the entire order you received, the packaging (including pictures of the corners of the box and a picture of the shipping label), the damaged book(s) inside and outside of the bag and board, and the packaging slip for confirmation within 10 days of delivery. If this information is not included in the initial contact we may ask you to provide it before continuing your claim. If the requested information is not provided within 10 days your claim may be denied. Do not return your item without being authorized. An un-authorized return may result in a rejection of the package with no replacements or refunds.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Missing Items and Damaged Items
If you received your order but were missing any items or received damaged items you understand that it is your responsibility to contact us within 10 days of receiving your package. If 10 days have gone by since your package was delivered then there is nothing we can offer you. We will also require pictures of the packing slip, the box with the shipping label visible, and the items you received for a missing item claim to be processed. For damages, we will require additional pictures as listed under the previous "Exchanges" paragraph. If approved, you will have an additional 10 days to mail your order back to us. It is your responsibility to contact us if there are any issues within this time frame where you may request additional time. If you have not contacted us within the allotted time your return will be rejected.
If you have not received your order after it has been picked up by the shipping carrier, you understand that it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier. We do not have any more tracking information than you do once the order leaves our facility and will not be able to provide you with the location of your order. We can not explain why your order is delayed or the reason for the path the order takes in transit. We will not be able to assist after the tracking information has been removed from the carrier's website. You understand that it is your responsibility to contact us within 30 days of your order being shipped to inform us of the delay.
Return To Sender
You will be required to pay additional fees for packages that are returned to us by the shipping carrier due to any error on your part (i.e. a typo in your shipping address, not claiming your package from the post office, entering a previous address, if your forwarding company rejects the mail, ect.). You understand that it is your responsibility to verify that you have entered the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If you notice any errors with your shipping address after the order has been placed, you understand that it is your responsibility to inform our customer service team and request a change of address before the shipping label has been created. If you have received a tracking number for your order then unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a change of address.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at
